p. 296 Correction: The penstemon-feeding lace bug is Teleonemia montivaga, not T. montigava.
p. 299 Correction: The feeding sign in the upper right image was not caused by Hormaphis hamamelidis. The aphids in question were the same species as this one, which appears to be a Euceraphis.
